Guide : On September 18, in the machine shop of CITIC Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. in Luoyang City, Henan Province, workers were debugging the RG300×150/260L-NC CNC roll grinder, one of the largest domestic and national science and technology major projects. Through on-site monitoring, its processing accuracy meets the design requirements, reaching the international advanced level and filling the domestic gap. 
    The roll grinder has a maximum processing tonnage of nearly 300 tons, a processing diameter of 2.6 meters and a processing length of 15 meters. The system provides anti-collision, elimination stroke, machine condition monitoring and automatic retraction function, which effectively improves the machining efficiency and safety of the machine tool, and greatly improves the ultra-high standard requirements of roll finish and precision.
