2. Tooling design and working principle
The tooling is mainly composed of a base, a clamping part, an auxiliary positioning, a drill template, etc. (see Fig. 3).
(1) Clamping part In order to make the four M12 tapped holes symmetrical in the X direction and the Y direction with respect to the axis of the fork arm, the positioning must be positioned with the machined cylindrical surface (ie the selected positioning reference 1 ). We know that the three-jaw self-centering chuck has the advantages of self-centering, large clamping force and convenient operation, and it has been standardized and easy to purchase. Therefore, the tool design adopts a three-jaw self-centering chuck, which mainly considers the maximum size of the cylindrical part of the machined part and the matching problem of the middle hole of the three-jaw self-centering chuck.
