(1) Management of safes.

(4) Storage of property.
After the end of the day, the cashier should use the blank cheques (including cash cheques and transfer cheques), money receipts and seal equivalents in the safe. The cash kept in the safe should be set up and registered with the cash journal. Other securities, passbooks, bills, etc. should be registered according to the type. Valuable items should be set according to the type of the check-up book to register their quality, weight, amount, etc. All property should be Book records check match. (5) The safe password.
Cashiers should keep the passwords of the safes they use safekeeping and keep them from being leaked to others to prevent them from using them. Cashiers mobilize positions and new cashiers should use new passwords.
(6) Safe maintenance.
The insurance shall be placed in a sheltered and dry place. Pay attention to ventilation, moisture, moisture, insects and rodents; clean the outside of the safe, and the contents of the safe shall be kept clean and tidy. Once a safe fails, it should be repaired at a designated maintenance point by the public security agency to prevent leaks or theft.
(7) The safe disposal of safes.
After discovering that the safe has been stolen, the cashier should protect the scene, report it to the public security organ (or the security department), and wait until the public security agency investigates the scene to clear the situation of the theft of financial assets. If the holiday is full for more than two days or the cashier does not send someone to work for more than two days, the seal shall be affixed to the keyhole of the safe, and the cashier shall unveil the seal when it is in place.
