“The three major stages of woodworking for furniture production, such as woodworking, material spraying, and packaging, are the main players in the machine. The degree of automation in the factory has reached more than 60%.” Ren Xiang, deputy general manager of Zhaosheng Furniture, said that it is easy to generate volatile gases, In the spraying process that leads to occupational diseases, Zhaosheng Furniture is the first to introduce the technology of electrostatic dusting of MDF plates throughout the country, investing more than 10 million yuan in robots instead of manpower, making the furniture coating “zero volatilization, zero formaldehyde, and zero pollution” become a reality.

Ren Xiang introduced that through "machine substitution", Zhaosheng Furniture, a building with an area of ​​about 150,000 square meters and an annual production value of 100 million yuan, only needs about 200 workers, and labor costs account for about 25% of the total cost. Ren Xiang analysis said that “machine substitution” also reduced the labor intensity, improved the production process, and reduced the turnover rate of the factory to 7%.
