The overall structure of the monitoring and programming system is divided into three parts: the monitoring subsystem, the programming subsystem and the tool management subsystem. The programming subsystem includes graphic programming and manual programming. Manual programming can be achieved by simply calling an existing editor such as Notepad in Windows. The structure of the monitoring and programming system is shown in Figure 3. The three subsystems of monitoring, programming and tool management respectively complete a part of the functions of the system, which are relatively independent. Different subsystems have different properties and characteristics in terms of data structure, control algorithm and control mode. At the same time, the whole system is the subsystem. The organic combination has a close relationship, so there must be information exchange and coordination between the subsystems. In the research and design of the system, the coupling between the parts should be minimized to facilitate the realization of the functions of each subsystem; at the same time, a clear information interface between the systems should be maintained to enhance the system reconstruction and expansion capabilities. The menu structure of the graphical programming system is shown in Figure 4. The overall structure of the tool management system is shown in Figure 5.

The tool file is generated according to the tool and turret parameters. The graphic programming system generates NC program files according to the input graphics and processing information. The monitoring system The press processing is monitored and controlled. On the other hand, the whole system is an integrated whole with mutual connection and mutual control. In the graphic programming, the human-machine interaction tool selection should be based on the tool file generated by the tool management system; and the automatic machining control is performed on the punching machine. When you need to input the corresponding NC program, and before the machining, check the tool to check whether the tool required for the NC program and the tool installed on the turret are the same. Figure 6 shows the connections between the various parts of the system.
